Eligibility:

  1. Financial Adviser: Officers of “A” Group who have been impaneled to join in the central Govt. Ministries as Director or who are having CA/CS/IC and WA/M.Com. Degree with impaneling to join in the Central Govt. as Director.
  2. Executive Engineer (Civil): Having the post same post on regular basis, or 5 years of the job in the same post of pay scale Rs.8000 to 13500. Civil engineering Degree, professional experience of 7 years in which 5 years of the job should be in Design, Planning, Quality control as well as civil works contract management
  3. Executive Engineer (Electronic): Holding similar post on regular basis. Service of 5 years of Scale Rs.8000 to13500, Electronic Engineering Degree. professional experience of 7 years in which 5 years of the job should be in Design, Planning, Quality control as well as electrical works management.
  4. Administrative Officer: Having similar post on regular basis, 5 years service of the Scale Rs.6500 to 40500, Degree from recognized university.
