CISF RECRUITMENT FOR  ASSISTANT SUB INSPECTOR (STENOGRAPHER) AND HEAD CONSTABLE (MINISTERIAL) 2011

 

CISF invites applications from male and female Indian citizens for the post of Assistant Sub Inspector (stenographer) and Head constable (Ministerial). For knowing more information for this recruitment you can read below:

Emoluments:

For Assistant Sub Inspector – Rs. 5200 – 20200/- with Grade pay Rs. 2800/-

For Head constable (Ministerial) – Rs. 5200 – 20200/- with Grade pay Rs. 2400/-

 

Eligibility Criteria:

a)    Nationality: Domicile of India.

b)    Limit of Age [as on 01-08-2011]: minimum – 18 yrs, maximum – 25 yrs.

Age will be relaxed for SC/ST candidates by 05yrs, OBC candidates by 03yrs and other candidates by Govt. rule in maximum age limit.

 

c)    Educational Qualification: candidates should have passed Intermediate from a recognized Board or University.

For Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer) – 80 words per minute stenography in Hindi or English and 40 word/min. typing speed in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer.

For Head constable (Ministerial) – 35 w/m typing speed in English or 30 w/m in Hindi on computer

 

d)    Physical Fitness:

For male candidates: i) Height- min. 167.5 cms

ii) Chest – min. 81 cms

For female candidates: i) Height – min. 157 cms

ii) Chest – is not implemented.

Relaxation in Physical Fitness will be given by govt. rule.

 

Application Fee: Rs. 50/-

Fee exempted for SC/ST and EXS candidates.

Mode of Payment: By Postal Order.

How to apply:

The candidates can apply on-line application for these posts. firstly the candidates should go to its official website and click on-line application. Then filling up prescribed format carefully and properly and submit it. Candidates get hard copy of filled up application form and its send with attested photocopy of essential certificates to related Regional District Inspector General.

Selection Procedure:

CISF organized three stage examinations for selection of the candidates for appointment. These examinations will be written test, eligibility standard or verification and competency test. Then candidates will be selected for the post of Assistant Sub Inspector (stenographer) and Head constable (Ministerial).
