COMPULSORY ENTRANCE TEST FOR SCHOOL TEACHERS

According to government of India norms to recruit School Teachers having a  B.Ed degree will not be enough. Now for this recruitment all the interested candidates have to face Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). The result of TET with at least aggregate marks of 60% will be get nod for the recruitment on teaching assignments. The examination will be held in this regard on the basis of  all over India. The test is mandatory for each aspirator, who wants to do the job in teaching. The guidelines about TET provides a good option to the interested person, who has desired to work in teaching assignments. Now it is expected that all the states, including private’s sector schools also follow the guidelines to recruit the school teachers.

The decision is taken by govt. in the sense of sinking teaching ability all-around. Previously all the state govt. conducted the examination on its own basis for recruit the teachers. The decision of TET is really innovative in this regard.

CENTRAL TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST NOTIFICATION 2011

As we claimed in past, that there is no any longer Bed. Degree required for being Teacher in any Govt. School. The current revelations come by Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi and confirm our claims thoroughly. As per the new announcement, that Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) would be functional to appoint teachers in Central Govt. institutions.

The new guidelines say that Teacher Eligibility Test will be applied to appoint the teacher in Std. of 1st to Std. 8th at the level of both as central and states as well. The important information flashed in air and gave the nods to govt. of local states to arrange their own TET for appoint new teachers, who are most skill full and responsible to the young kids.

Currently Central Board of secondary education, New Delhi leads the way to hold the examination of Teacher Eligibility Test, known as Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) -2011. As per the announcement, applications are being invited from eligible candidates in both ways online and offline for the test of Central Eligibility Test 2011 from all around in India.

Eligibility Criteria: – (For class 1 to 5th)

Senior Secondary or equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final 2 yrs. diploma in elementary education

Or

Senior Secondary or equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final 4 yrs. diploma in elementary education (B.EI.Ed)

Min. qualification for Classes VI – VIII

B.A. / B.Sc. and passed or appearing in final 2 yrs. diploma in elementary education.

Or

B.A. / B.Sc with at least 50% marks and passed of appearing in 1 yr. bachelor in education

Or

Senior Secondary or equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final 4 yrs. B.A. / B.Sc. Ed or B.A. (Ed.) / B.SC (Ed.)

 

Candidates may get information bulletin related to CTET after paying Rs.500/- for the candidates of UR and OBC category and Rs.250/- for the rest of candidates. Following are important Dates:-
