SSC (Karnataka-Kerala Region) invites applications form eligible candidates for various posts under the jurisdiction of its own region. The announcement of recruitment came under the advertisement no. KKR-01/2011. Details about posts and its relevant requirements are given below.

Educational Qualification: - Bachelor degree in science with zoology as a subject from recognized university.
3/BG Transmission Executive(General and Production) in all India radio Thiruvanthapuram 03 (SC) Not suitable for PH candidates Not exceeding 30 yrs. Rs.9300-34800/- with grade pay of Rs.4200
Educational Qualification: - Degree form recognized university or a diploma from National School of Drama, New Delhi or A diploma from the film and television institute, Pune, or A dipoma in sound broadcasting.
4/BG Stockman in Central Cattle Breeding Farm, Ministry of Agriculture 01 (UR) Not suitable for PH candidates Not exceeding 25 yrs. Rs.5200-20200/- with grade pay Rs.2400/-
Educational Qualification: – Matriculation/Higher Secondary. Training as a stockman at a recognized institute.
5/BG Deputy Ranger in Forest Survey of India Southern Zone, Ministry of 

Environment and Forests.

 06 (UR-04, OBC-01, SC-01) Not suitable for PH candidates Not exceeding 28 yrs. Rs.5200-20200/- with grade pay Rs.2400/-
Educational Qualification: - 12th passed or trained forester or trained forest guard from the regional forestry school.
6/BG Junior Technical Assistant in Forest Survey of India South zone, Ministry of environment and forests. 02 (UR-01, OBC-01) not suitable for PH candidates Not exceeding 28 yrs Rs.5200-20200/- with grade pay Rs.2400
Educational Qualification: - Certificates in Forest Rangers Course from any recognized institute or graduate in Science/Computer Science.
7/BG Library and Information Assistant in Archaeological Survey of India, Dharward Circle, Dharward 01 (SC) Not suitable for PH candidates Not exceeding 28 yrs Rs.9300-34800/- with Rs.4200/-
Educational Qualification: - Degree from recognized university/degree in library science from a recognized university.

Examination fee: – Rs.50 in shape of CRFS. No fee for woman candidates, physically handicapped, ST, SC and Ex. Service man.

Enclosures: - 1) CRFS, (2) one recent photo graph (3) One self addressed post card duly affixed the stamp of Rs.6/-, (4) Two Self Addressed envelope in which one should be affixed stamp of Rs.6/-, (5) Caste certificate, (6) All the documents attested showing educational qualification, experience etc.

Mode of selection: - Candidates fulfilling the min. qualification showing above will be shortlist on the basis of their educational qualification, academic records, percentage of marks etc will be called for written proficiency test.
